"Load settings" is breaking up communication in air of 3DR Radio

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to Pixhawk using 3DR radio modem
2. Fly 
3. Go to Initial setup | Wizard | 3DR Radio 
4. Click on "Load settings"
5. Radio communication will be lost

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Load settings" should be disabled if we're currently connected to the drone 
via 3DR radio link. Currently it is dangerous and there is no even a warning.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.10 (1.1.5369.11976)
