Where it says:
python sstv2016.py KEY_1 KEY_0 KEY_7 KEY_ENTER

it should be like:
python sstv2016.py 192.168.1.103 KEY_1 KEY_0 KEY_7 KEY_ENTER

tv.lan seems to be a good default to try
