Er likt som hent gjeldendebestemmelser.
Vil gi ut alle aktuelle gjeldende dokumenter.

Vurdere om den kan erstatte HentGjeldenePlanbestemmelser. De dokumenttypene som eg tolker som de gjeldene er

Disse registreres i planregister ved https://github.com/ks-no/fiks-plan-specification/wiki/Brukstilfelle-Planvedtak og evt oppdateres med nytt brukstilfelle for å dekke forenklet behandling
