Slight changes:

bi-weekly can be translated bot as 'twice a week' or 'every second week', fortnightly is unambiguous
45 minutes works better for, might be a matter of personal taste, but 30 seems like a very short time to ensure that everything is covered
I always book a short debrief to capture any necessary thoughts/actions, also that serves as a buffer if the discussion lasts longer then expected.
