1. Does the text have emojis? As in, are you sure you have emojis on the messages?
2. Is df['Message'] the message? It's possible it is empty and therefore, no emojis were found.
   1. Do your messages trigger the "startsWithDateAndTime" function? Copy a line and feed it to it.
3. Did you install and import emoji?

1) Yes, it does have emojis. :(

2) I reviewed this and yes, the Message contains the message. In fact It is giving me the total messages.

I went and print emoji_list and is "blank", but not sure why. Any clues?
