Background & motivation

For now we ask people to set the storage class and now we are using that to create volumes as of #1943

Desired behaviour

We should allow people to not define it or leave it "" in the configuration so that the default option just works

How important is this to you?

Nice to have; this feature would make using Kurtosis more enjoyable.
