createProductionEnclave() with Typescript SDK

Background & motivation

The Go SDK has createProductionEnclave() method but the Typescript one doesn't. This is quite important as we need enclaves to be in production mode

Desired behaviour

The Typescript SDK should provide this method

How important is this to you?

Painful; the lack of this feature makes using Kurtosis frictionful.

What area of the product does this pertain to?

SDK: the Software Development Kit libraries - Typescript, Go, etc.

Hey! Yes this definitely should be added to TS. Happy to accept a contribution for this if you're able to. I can to review provide some on adding this
