Auto pull updates for all the mods

I got inspired from the check for update script, and i am using some of the mods in my own server for our gaming venue, but when running the script it just tells that there are updates but it wont download or replace the existing, can you guys help me to write the script to stat it get downloaded to my server ? the check-update.sh works but only tells if there are any updates from git.
