I love this tool. Worked like a charm under Mavericks. Unfortunately, an "upgrade" to Yosemite has broken it. I get the error:

rem[6673:47520] [com.apple.calendar.agentLink.xpc] [Creating a remote proxy object for com.apple.CalendarAgent.proxy resulted in an invalid con

nection. The connection will be removed. Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=4099 "Couldn’t communicate with a helper application." (The connection to service named c

om.apple.CalendarAgent.proxy was invalidated.) UserInfo=0x7ffb68c00920 {NSDebugDescription=The connection to service named com.apple.CalendarAgent.proxy was invalidate
d.}

Any help very warmly received!

Works on my Yosemite (10.10.3) system w/o a problem.

OK, I should have been more specific. For me, this appears to break when used inside tmux (version 1.9a) in Yosemite--- whereas under Mavericks and tmux 1.9a it is perfect. Since I love and depend on this tool so much I have actually postponed my upgrade to Yosemite!

A second question would be: does something like this exist for Linux?

I'll try to look at this over the weekend.

@fmblr Try this:

brew install reattach-to-user-namespace
reattach-to-user-namespace rem ls
