Migrate UI5 Table component from V1 to V2 #3489

Description
UI5 introduced an enhanced V2 Table component, and we need to migrate from V1 because it will soon be deprecated.

Reasons
V1 Table will no longer be supported, and we need to keep our dependencies and components up to date.
