Add option to unmanage/manage installed kyma modules #2291

Description

Users should be able to use kyma CLI to do the following

request to unmanage a module that is currently managed
request to manage a module that was unmanaged (and therefore exists in the module list of Kyma CR)

  kyma alpha module manage serverless
  kyma alpha module unmanage serverless

Reasons

Such feature is desired and already supported in kyma dashboard.
