Description
Implement automated slack notifications whenever a github action failed upon a new push to main.

Reason
It would be beneficial to implement a feature that notifies the team via Slack whenever a test fails as part of this automated process. This proactive notification system will enable quicker identification and resolution of issues, promoting collaboration and ensuring the stability of our codebase.
