Description

Delete below Prow jobs:

  • ci-prow-autobump -> to be DELETED with Prow.
  • post-test-infra-deploy-prow -> to be DELETED with Prow.

Reasons

Migration out of Prow.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Mentioned Prow jobs are removed.
  • Code used by the mentioned Prow jobs are removed.
