Overview

backend/app/Services/Events/EventServiceInterface.php にinterfaceの作成
backend/app/Services/Events/EventService.php に処理を書く

backend/app/Providers/Events/EventServiceProvider.php でServiceProviderへ登録
backend/config/app.php にProviderを追加
