Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the primary color for buttons etc. is hard coded to plasma blue.

Describe the solution you'd like

Instead, we can use the desktops accent color using the xdg desktop portal (accent-color in Desktop Settings)

I have to figure out how to dynamically change the theme first
