Support branches for providers

We'd like the ability to point our provider at a specific branch in our stack. This means that we can develop Content Types, for instance, against a particular branch during development, then point it at main when merging.

Hi @Tohaker this is currently not high on our todo list. However feel free to open a PR adding this functionality.

I imagine we would add the branch field to all the resources, so they can be switched at will. Not sure if we want this on provider level, as the provider should also be able to create branches through the API, which might make things a bit confusing.
