A sugestão já estava na lista de afazeres, https://trello.com/c/FN8m4JHR/3-integrar-ao-formato-lexml por iniciativa do usuário trello labhackercamaradosdeputados .

O fundamental para a integração é o gerenciamento dos IDs, definidos em URN LEX da padronização internacional... Uma iniciativa de organizar aplicações usuárias das URNs foi iniciada em https://github.com/okfn-brasil/getlex
