Although a very nice project, it started to be clear that https://github.com/gitana/alpaca is not keeping itself up-to-date with newer versions of libraries like Bootstrap and jquery. I have just updated the icon system that Bootstrap dropped and it impacted the rendering of selection boxes. :(
