Need better information on manager connection list

When looking in the list of clients in the browser interface, it would be good to have additional information about the individual client connections such as their hostname.

I believe this is a duplicate of labrad/scalabrad-web#180, although I don't know which repo this belongs in.

I think it needs to be in both, since the manager needs to provide this information and the browser needs to display it.
