Public permissions

HI Arnaud,
I'm trying to use your cod and is working very good. I like the concept. I have a problem, i cannot understand how did you think the public permission. The -1 in the in_group dont because we have the groups (ion) incremented from 1 and when implode the groups we dont find in_group='-1' anywhere.
Could you give me an ideea how is work?
