【llbc】Log file名绕过faketime库得到真正时间戳生成 #373

在项目使用了faketime这样的时间模拟库后，log file中的时间部分将不会是实际的系统时间戳格式化的值，这导致工程中很难排查问题，需要支持绕过faketime库，以让文件体现实际的时间戳格式化结果
