Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
Add dark mode according to the method on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:How_to_make_a_MediaWiki_skin/zh#Using_the_default_Wikimedia_dark_mode_palette

And also integration with Theme Designer
