Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA F‐Series (FM86.76) Development Kit (2x F‐Tile)
The Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA development kit provides a hardware development platform for evaluating the performance and features of the Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA F-Series with two F-Tiles. It is a general-purpose evaluation board in PCIe form factor with HPS hardware features.
- DK-DEV-AGF027F1ES and DK-DEV-AGF023FA: Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA F-series development boards mounted with Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA F-Series, (AGFB027) and (AGFD023) devices in 2340A BGA package (2x F-Tile)
- 1x PCIe 4.0 x16 golden finger connected to P-Tile transceivers
- 3x DDR4 DIMMs sockets supporting 72-bits DDR4/DDR-T module in FPGA fabric interface
- 1x DDR4 DIMM socket supporting 72-bits DDR4 module for HPS memory interface
- Only one DDR4 DIMM module (8GB) is provided with each development kit
- FMC loopback card supporting transceiver, LVDS and single-ended I/Os
