Add active fleet indicators to galaxy page

When a fleet is flying towards a certain planet, moon or debris field it should be shown in the galaxy page like this:

The colors of the arrows should probably reflect the mission type whether it's friendly or hostile. The exact behavior should be checked in the original game.
