Defining prompt actions and api backcalls

We found that the prompt has to be connected to the potential custom actions. When we implement a rag for an online store, we get a prompt asking the customer to choose a custom action, such as adding the product to their basket or choosing a different colour to get two for the price of one. My recommendation would be to develop actions pertaining to prompts that allow for backcalls, as well as to support models only for understated actions.
