I think it would be cool if the openai handshake with plugins could be reverse-engineered so that the models can use the same exact plugin manifests with langchain, assuming OpenAi never releases this interaction |

after build the Api's manifest.json file and openai.json file how can i use them locally to find intelligently the right API link to be use when a user write a prompt in the natural language ? |

Are ChatGPT plugins and langchain related? Are they using it? I can't find a mention to langchain in plugins documentation.
