feat[GitLoader]: add loader_cls similar to other document loaders

Feature request

It would be useful to help standardize the API to add this arg similar to other documented loaders, for example DirectoryLoader

Motivation

This would help simplify loading code (PythonLoader) and documentations (HTML or Markdown files) from Git repos.
