dosubot is unhelpful and pollutes reported issues

The issues page of a repository is a valuable resource for developers; it is the first place I go when I encounter an unexpected error. Langchain's issues page, however, is jammed full of long-winded and generally unhelpful comments from dosubot. dosubot also closes stale issues, but doesn't effectively differentiate between "stale" and "unclosed" issues. Just because an issue is old doesn't mean the problem has been fixed.

I am strongly in favor of disabling dosubot, and as evidenced by the growing number of "thumb-down" reactions dosubot receives I'm sure I'm not alone. So, community, should langchain continue using dosubot to mange issues?

dosubot works fine. In many cases, it performs mundane and simple supporting tasks. It just needs more configuration in the cases you described.
