We would like to add a tool that integrates the remote access Jenkins API with the Python wrapper found here: https://www.jenkins.io/doc/book/using/remote-access-api/
This would help expedite DevOps processes by integrating the following API calls:

• Query the test-results of a completed build
• Get objects representing the latest builds of a job
• Search for artifacts by simple criteria
• Block until jobs are complete
• Ability to add/remove/query Jenkins agents
• Ability to search for builds by subversion revision

Motivation

As someone who uses Jenkins on the job, a Jenkins Toolkit built in LangChain would significantly improve the automation, scalability, and manageability of Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines. It would enhance developer productivity, reduce manual intervention, and ensure a secure, efficient build and deployment process, while also supporting advanced use cases for DevOps maintenance.

We are a group of four students from the University of Toronto, excited to contribute to the open-source community. Our goal is to develop and submit a pull request for this feature by mid-November at the latest.
