Support for Hedera and Chainlink Smart Contract Integrations

Feature request

We would like to request adding support for Langchain agents to interact with Hedera and Chainlink smart contracts. The purpose is to allow models to interact with decentralized networks and provide access to consensus verified data.

Hedera: Hedera enables developers to build scalable and secure decentralized applications using smart contracts. They are one of the founding members of the Linux Decentralized Trust Foundation, which means its odds of being adopted as an industry standard become significantly higher.

Chainlink: Specializes in decentralized data oracles, enabling secure, real-time retrieval of off-chain information by connecting to any API. Essentially, this gives Langchain agents access to substantial amounts of data through Chainlink's further integrations.

We are not quite clear if this would be better implemented as a tool or a provider. Any feedback is highly appreciated!

Motivation

The ability to access decentralized applications and information is very important to many users because it gives them more control over their personal information. This integration would allow Langchain users to build applications that rely on blockchain-based data verification and smart contract execution.
