using WikidataAPIWrapper can not return expected results

Description

I want to get the 'P31' - 'instance of' property of arterial hypertension, but I got the result shown as below:

Result Q41861:
Label: arterial hypertension

Obviously, apart from 'label', 'Description', 'Aliases', which are all basic information will be returned by default, it didn't return the property I want - 'Instance of', by modifying 'wikidata_props' parameter in WikidataAPIWrapper. Any advice for that?
