Detailed cost of a chain...

It would be nice if given a chain we could simply use a method like .cost() or something similar to get a detailed dictionary or something like that, which would describe the API calls to different resources, like openai calls, or huggingfacehub or even get information like how many calls to a local model.

All in all i think this would be nice for someone to track, the resources one uses for a given use of a chain.
