SQLDatabaseChain - confuses between different tables

So far getting amazing results with SQLDatabaseChain.
Observed a couple of glitches. I started asking questions related to data in Table-1 - my questions were quite accurately converted to SQLs and answered equally accurately.
In the same flow, I asked questions related to data in Table-2. These two tables are not quite related to each other. Eventhough SQLChain was focussed on Table-2 (FROM clause in SQL) - for some reason it kept bringing up the filters (WHERE clause) from previous questions.

How do I avoid that?

You can try customizing the prompt by giving a description of each table and maybe even define the columns if it's still giving poor results
