How to add some modules? (LLM´s, LORAs and others)

Hello there!
I am wondering how I could give to the langchain the posibility to add:

• LLM offline load
• LORA offline load
• Others such as maintaining the documents load (pdfs, csv.. etc)

I would like to use it for private, I have tried every kind of test but no clue on how to...
