Tibor had an early HPSG implementation in the LILOG project. We missed this. I am very sorry for not having spotted this in reviewing.

I don't want to rush any changes. I don't have time right now to read this work, and I would not be comfortable adding a citation to a work I haven't read. Section 3 of our chapter is intended as a contemporary survey rather than a historical survey, and so I agree with your comment in the other email that there isn't an easy way to add this. As far as I understand, it strikes me as more appropriate to discuss LILOG in the evolution chapter and you mentioned that this has already been added.
