Top and bottom margin were set using ini file, few the pages are getting excluded from comparison. We had 2 pdfs with 24 pages in one and 25 in other. If compared with top and bottom marked as 0, there we get 24 pages in compare pdf where as if top margin is set to 300 and bottom to 200 with exclude true then only 18 pages are there in compared result pdf.

Hello, I have no data to check your exact problem, but the margins define an exclusion zone for the comparison, so it is possible that the missing pages from the two files are equals inside the margin definition, and the pages are inserted in the report only if different.

When i use confrontapdfc in command mode on win10, console info shows "Error: No display font for 'ArialUnicode", i have installed this font. Could you fix the bug, thx.

Hello, are you sure that the font is installed? It is not included in standard Win10 distribution, I think.
What is the name of the file? It is a TTF or OTF format?

The PDF library I use looks for the file arialuni.ttf in Windows system fonts (usually c:\windows\fonts).
This file is no more installed with recent Windows versions.
I tested on a Windows 10 the problem and copying this file (you need administrator rights) the problem disappears.
The problem can be related to the encoding used in PDF.

Hello news about this issue? Is arialuni.ttf installed in c:\windows\fonts? Any other location will not be recognized, I think.

Yes

To diagnose the problem I need a sample PDF (without any personal data) to reproduce the problem.
