• Developped my own embedded deb/rpm packages mirroring tool. Debmirror and reposync packages are no longer used and are no longer needed as dependencies of Repomanager. This has been made to prevent the absence of the reposync package on Debian 11.
• RPM source repos are no longer defined as .repo files, they now must be imported in Repomanager database through the 'Manage sources' form. Existing RPM source repos will be automatically imported during the installation of this release.
• PHP xml module is required (see README to install the proper package).
• New GPG signature key can now independently be added to the keyring without having to add a source repo.
• Various fixes.

Regression:

• Disabled (for an undetermined time) the possibility to mirror translation packages as these packages are not correctly imported into the repo metadata files.
