Welcome to the my GitHub profile. I am not an developer, but I've spent my entire tech career collaborating with software engineers.

At Microsoft from April 2023 to October 2024, as Technical Product Manager under the Learn Product Platform organization, I partnered with product and engineering teams to develop products with AI capabilities that enhance the user experience.

The Learn Platform publishing process leverages GitHub to manage over 4 million articles across hundreds of repos. I contributed to several contributor guides maintained in GitHub, specific to the product areas I managed including, User Feedback to Learn Content.

I am passionate about data and data analysis. I have explored qualitative and quantitative data analysis, analytics and KPI’s for more than two decades. I have define and launched metrics reporting at global companies to provide business and/or operational insights on products, services, financials and infrastructure health.

I am currently exploring AI feature development and reporting on asset metadata with startup, Perception Grid. AI and data are fundamentally intertwined. It takes quality data (qualitative and quantitive) to develop and train AI models. This is an area I am working to learn more about and experiment with.
