Experiment with other approaches to turtle conversion

Try a Ruby gem rather than a Java library. So far the gems I tried didn't handle prefixes correctly, so all URIs used the full namespace.

Also try to find one that doesn't require writing the rdfxml to a temporary file: convert directly from the variable storing the rdf.
