Local PostgreSQL + PGAdmin added with Docker Compose. The script will now attempt to connect automatically to the database in this container if no credentials are specified in the .env file.
Updated README.md with instructions on how to run.
Added ruff linter/formatter.
Removed schema check for date format as it was not working. Associated test for this check has also been removed.
