It would be nice if lines that declare localized notation are also documented.

We can use the location of the dummy declarations generated by localized_cmd to figure out where the localized notation was declared (I'm not sure if it would be even possible to extract declared global or local notation).

I'll try to make a stab at this when I have time, if nobody else does so first.

Similar idea by Bryan: make a separate page showing all localized information.
