Investigate improving feedback form to capture more information

The feedback form is proving to be really valuable, however a lot of users are reporting support type issues but we have no way to identify them.

For example, we have some feedback like : 'You can tell me where my BTC is that was sent to my wallet over 4 hours ago?'

It could be useful to also gather:

• wallet address
• contact email

OR just add some text to say For support enquiries contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

Maybe a longer term solution is a support chat bot that can also reply to common queries.

Closing this off as the support team have their own plan to do this. Some work was done in this PR but reverted #4825
