Cache Max-Age / Expires

Hey, I use noembed to stream videos from my companies youtube channels to our sites through our video libraries. I am going through trying to optimize our sites for performance and our video library page is really heavy due to all the video content.

On Webpagetest.org it says our noembed links have no max-age or expired cache, is there a way I can fix this? Not sure if this is the place to ask but I would appreciate any help or guidance.
