Which Script should I run ? I have settled up everything as stated in the Readme.md. I would like to know which file I could run for testing.

Hi, as stated in the readme.md, after setting up all dependencies, you can execute the code in the GB1_pipeline.R, WW_pipeline.R or RRM_pipeline.R script to generate the paper results.
