There seems to be some directions missing, or rather they could be more specific, for the file "single_protein_prediction.R".

At line 55, it isn't specified that "xxx" should be changed to the PDB-ID
At line 72, 107, 141, 148 and 158 it isn't specified that ".." should be changed to the User Path.
