Defunct freenode IRC info in community page & a community suggestion

The freenode info is still on the Community page but it no longer exists. I checked libera network and there is no active #lektor channel there. If there is still an active IRC channel somewhere then the page should be updated, if not, the info removed

Also - It doesn't seem like there's really anywhere to find active community despite the project being active. Questions on stackoverflow & gitter are going months without responses. This is a problem because without community there is no real avenue to ask questions, which is a big barrier. If you're open to suggestions.. I would propose looking at matterbridge and hook up discord, irc and gitter (and maybe others) so folks can communicate on their preferred platforms and things aren't so isolated. Improved community would be beneficial all around for the lektor project
