Menu Bar

The menu bar is visible across all pages and provides the following functions:
- Load Profile: Open a saved Members/Positions/Conditions profile, allowing viewing and editing.
- Save Profile: Save the current setup of Members/Positions/Conditions for future use.
- Export Results: Export the current layout of the Results table as a .csv file, which can be opened in a spreadsheet (such as Microsoft Excel).
