Every Data Update, Runway Selection get a reset to non selection.
could lead to show not the active controller or a wrong "controller disconnect" opinion.

This error only occurs when LOWI ATIS is online.
It is due to the fact that no runway is displayed in ATIS. Normally only “Runway by ATC” is displayed in the Innsbruck ATIS.

Please add a fallback, if it does not recognize a runway, it should use the first runway in the config.
