Possibly re-purposing LFE Quick start?

Have multiple sections, per some older tickets:

Add Beginner's Guide #76 and Quick Starts (with and without rebar3)
Add Developer's Guide #77 (including creating, publishing projects; merge LFE Style Guide book?)
Create a Contributor's Guide #81 (Add LFE Code of Conduct #74)

We can take inspiration from these old tickets:

The next question I want to ponder is ... does this go in the guidebook? Or add is as part of the LFE Chineual?

I think I'm still leaning toward Chineual ...
