Adding torrent twice to wake the connection

I have battery optimization disabled, yet when i add either a magnet link via a browser or open a torrent file from a file manager, the torrents are not added, i have to close the app and then retry adding torrents for it to work, I've noticed this behavior only when the app hasn't been open for sometime.
